The extension

Your webcam video and microphone audio are processed only on your computer, in your browser. The empty-room photo and your settings stay stored in your browser. No image or sound is ever sent to us: Microsoft Teams receives your video as usual.

Only exception: after a purchase started from the extension, it queries our server with a random reference, containing no personal data, to retrieve its license.

In the free version, the extension may show a message about the full version. It picks the moment in your browser and checks that no call is in progress: this information is not sent to us. You can turn these messages off in its settings.

The website

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical logs (IP address, browser, requested pages) to keep the service secure and running.

Your purchase

Payment takes place on Stripe's secure page, which collects your email address and payment details. We receive from Stripe the email address, amount, date and payment identifier, never your card details. Purposes: performing the sale, providing your license and letting you retrieve it, meeting our accounting obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract and our legal obligations.

If you use “Find my purchase”, your email address is only used to look up your purchase and send you the recovery link.

Recipients

• Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland) — payments. Privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — website hosting and email delivery. Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Order data: 10 years, the legal retention period for accounting records. Customer service exchanges: 3 years after the last contact. Technical logs: per Cloudflare's policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or your local authority.
